NEO’s Goals
1.) To create new events and opportunities in a safe environment that helps young people develop a sense of purpose.
2.) To use our positive influence to help youth build self-esteem and skills for success.
3.) To empower youth to make the choice to live a healthy lifestyle.
NEO Projects & Campains
- Events - NEO host over 70 events per year including concerts, movie nights, dances & more.
- Teen Center - NEO is working on opening a teen center in Grass Valley by Fall of 2013. The center will include an afterschool program, weekend events, workshops and more.
- POTENTIAL Bike Park Project - NEO is working towards providing a safe space for local BMX Bicyclist to ride while practicing and developing their skills.
- Youth On a Mission - organize monthly youth led service projects in Nevada County that help foster leadership skills, teamwork and a sense of purpose among youth while building strong communities, relationships and restoring hope to those in need.
